REVOLUTION SAINTS
Light in the Dark
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Deen Castronovo, Jack Blades and Doug Aldrich: REVOLUTION SAINTS. After the release of their self-titled debut album in 2015, many naysayers boldly, and quite foolishly, predicted that it would be a one-off project that would never go anywhere and that it wasn’t worth listeners’ time. But internet trolls and know-nothing blowhards are never as sharp as the music listening public, who relied on their smarts and their hearts to simply enjoy the music and kept the faith that Revolution Saints would be back. And now those fans are about to be rewarded with THE melodic rock record of the year, and quite possibly, the decade!
With one album already under their belt, the core line-up entered the studio to record the new album more familiar with one another and a clear understanding of where they wanted this to go. Superbly handling drums and lead vocals once again is Deen Castronovo (ex-Journey, Bad English). As with the first album, his superb vocal talents are in the spotlight on this release and deservedly so. Pretty impressive for a man who is most widely known for his incredible drumming talents. Jack Blades really needs no introduction at this point, but for those who have been living under a rock, Jack’s bass and vocal talents are well documented over the years through his work with Night Ranger, Damn Yankees, Shaw/Blades, and more. It should come as no surprise to hear that he is on fire on this record. Once again on guitar, Doug Aldrich (Burning Rain, ex-Whitesnake, ex-DIO) was excited to bring not only his six-string talents to this album, but also his songwriting abilities.
The record builds off the classic melodic rock style of the debut, but fans should prepare for a somehow even more inspired set and a few (pleasant) surprises. Inspiring, uplifting, emotionally powerful, and thoughtful, this album WILL be the soundtrack to many a moment in your life. Revolution Saints is the vision of Frontiers’ President Serafino Perugino, who for years had hoped to work on a project where Deen would be the lead vocalist. Having previously worked with all three artists on different projects on Frontiers, having Deen, Jack and Doug on board together was a dream come true for Perugino. With production once again overseen by in-house Frontiers man, Alessandro Del Vecchio (who also contributed to the songwriting and played keyboards on the album), the recording process took place in Italy during the spring of 2017. The band also took a break during the recording process to play their first ever LIVE SHOW at Frontiers Rock Festival IV in Milan, IT. Will the band play more gigs? That’s the hope and plan from all the guys as soon as schedules can be worked out. Understand this clearly, Revolution Saints is HERE TO STAY. To all the doubters who dismissed this as a one-off project that wouldn’t go anywhere, prepare for a melodic rock punch to the gut. And to all the fans, prepare to have your patience rewarded beyond your wildest dreams!

L.A. GUNS
The Missing Peace
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

As the revival of the classic ‘80s hard rock and heavy metal scene continues unabated here in the 21st century, one reunion has been at the top of the wishlist of many a fan for a long time: the songwriting combination of Tracii Guns and Philip Lewis under the L.A. Guns banner. What once seemed like a distant memory with no hope of returning has now come around and fans are about to be rewarded for keeping their fingers crossed and their hopes up.
L.A. Guns never looked like the pretty poster boys that so many of their peers did, but more the band that you would be terrified to bump into an alley as they would likely be carrying switchblades and ready for a fight. But despite having many a song to back up that image, the band could also write powerful ballads (see the smash hit, “The Ballad Of Jayne” for Exhibit A of this argument) that showed there was some serious songwriting chops in the band. Those chops are on fully display on “The Missing Peace”, arguably one of the most vital and exciting releases in the band’s catalog.
The story of how we got from the band’s powerful early years to here has already been well documented, so no need to rehash it. What’s important to know and understand is that the driving force of all those classic L.A. Guns songs, Tracii and Phil, is back and in a BIG way. Feeling inspired and excited like they did when they first started out, but with many years of wisdom and experience under their belts, “The Missing Peace” will surely please fans of the band’s classic albums (the self-titled debut, “Cocked And Loaded”, and “Hollywood Vampires”) as well as their widely heralded “comeback” albums (“Man In The Moon” and “Waking The Dead”). In fact, this album feels like the next logical step after the critically heralded “Waking The Dead” album and shows a band invigorated and ready to bash you over the head, as well as “wow” you with some epic, slower songs, proving you don’t always needs a semi-truck to run people over.

Phantom 5 is BACK! After the success of their self-titled debut album, the brainchild of producer/guitarist (and for this record, bassist) Michael Voss and vocalist Claus Lessmann have returned with yet another incredible outing of impeccable German Melodic Hard Rock! Once again joined by Robert Boebel on guitars and keyboards and Axel Kruse on drums, these fist pumping anthems will tickle the eardrums of any connoisseur of melodic hard rock.
Originally born as “Supremacy”, the band decided to change their name to Phantom 5 before recording their debut album for release last year. It had been a long time since the public had heard a melodic hard rock record THIS GOOD coming from Germany! Mixing influences from the cream of the crop of German melodic hard rock bands, but with Michael and Claus’ unique stamp on it, the debut was met with rave reviews across the board.
After the success of that album, Michael and Claus knew it was a no-brainer to follow it up with an even more inspired outing and that is exactly what they’ve done here. “Play To Win” does exactly what the title says!

ROBIN BECK
Love Is Coming
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Robin Beck is truly one of the most gifted vocalists under the broad umbrella of Rock music and it was great pleasure that Frontiers welcomes her back on the label with the new album, “Love Is Coming”! The album sees her partnering with Clif Magness (Steve Perry, Avril Lavigne) and James Christian, who produced and mixed the album with Maor Appelbaum handling the mastering. Hit after hit after hit after hit is the best description of the tracklisting. An album encompassing melodic rock to gritty soul inspired rock is what you can expect from this gem. As Robin says, “it had to be better than anything I’ve ever done in the last 20 years and I believe I have accomplished that.”
Robin Beck’s resume is a dizzying array of music accomplishments that would leave any lifetime musician supremely impressed. While working on everything from a Broadway musical (“Got to Go Disco”) to her premiere album (1979’s “Sweet Talk,” with Kenny Lehman of “Dance, Dance, Dance”), she has collaborated with some of the greatest musicians in the world. Some of you born in the early ‘80s or earlier may remember her track “First Time” from Coca-Cola commercials that aired in 1988. Around that time, Beck fielded contributions for her next album, “Trouble or Nothin’,” from such well known names as Steve Lukather (Toto), Paul Stanley (KISS), Diane Warren, Desmond Child, and her long-standing writing partner, Jeff Kent. “Human Instinct,” released in 1992, again featured the cream of the crop of the session world (Jeff Porcaro, Kim Bullard, Tim Pierce, Michael Landau, Lee Ritenour, Michael Thompson, etc.) and a line-up of blue-chip songwriters (Mark Spiro, Jeff Kent, Journey’s Jonathan Cain, Heart’s Ann and Nancy Wilson, Sue Shifrin, Glen Burtnik, etc.). Two years later, “Can’t Get Off” included songs co-written by everyone from Clif Magness (Avril Lavigne, Steve Perry) and Steve Kipner to Michael Bolton and Marc Jordan. That same year, Beck was asked by Universal Records to rerecord her megahit, “First Time,” with the famed Sunblock remixers. Once again, the song took off, hitting the Top 10 on the UK’s Billboard charts and selling more than 3 million units.
In 2009, Beck kicked off her new label, Her Majesty’s Music Room, with a 20th anniversary Silver Edition rerelease of “Trouble or Nothin'” – completely rerecorded. In 2011, Beck put out “The Great Escape,” which included “That All Depends On What You Do Tonight,” her duet with Joe Lynn Turner of Rainbow and Deep Purple, and “Till the End of Time,” her duet with husband James Christian of House Of Lords. She then spent 2012 playing arenas all over Europe, starting with 21 glorious performances of “Rock Meets Classic,” alongside Deep Purple’s Ian Gillian, Toto’s Steve Lukather, Survivor’s Jimi Jamison, and Manfred Mann’s Chris Thompson. After an almost 20-year hiatus from performing live, she had been bitten again by the bug and decided to do her own tour of Europe to follow up her acclaimed set at Nottingham’s Firefest which was followed by the release of her last album “Underneath,” which again saw an outstanding set of writers and performers to appear. And now, in 2017, Beck reunites with Clif Magness and James Christian to craft her latest opus, “Love Is Coming”.

Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Tyketto’s debut album, “Don’t Come Easy” is considered a landmark release amongst melodic hard rock albums of the late ‘80s/early ‘90s. DIRTY THRILLS
Heavy Living
Frontiers Music s.r.l

Dirty Thrills are an exciting and charismatic bluesy hard rock quartet from London, UK. Fronted by the son of ex-Moody Blues singer Nicky James, this unique outfit are bringing back old school rock ‘n’ roll, while all the while applying their oh-so-appealing filthy edge to it. With lung-busting, powerful vocals from Louis James, killer guitar riffs from Jack Fawdry and solid, sexy low-end grooves from the rhythm section of Aaron Plows and Steve Corrigan, they are churning out crowd pleasers whilst all the while endeavouring to make guitar music sexy again. Their influences flow like a stream of innumerable genres to produce a pool of sound similar to current rock icons like Queens of the Stone Age, The Black Keys, and Rival Sons, while also taking care to include lashings of clever guitar riffs and vibrant Robert Plant-esque vocal lines. The band formed after a successful drunken jam night in a quiet village pub in Wiltshire, and what started out as an inconspicuous session, quickly birthed an ambitious group with the drive and determination to take the rock scene back to its glory days.
Having already plied their trade in such venues as London’s 100 Club, the main stage at O2 Academy Liverpool, and Shepherd’s Bush Empire, as well as having been given airtime on BBC Radio 2, the sky really is the limit for this earnest group of youngsters.
The band played the Camden Rocks Festival in June 2017 and will be playing (or will have played, depending on when you read this) The Wildfire Festival and Ramblin’ Man Fair as well. Loads more touring is on the horizon for the band in conjunction with the release of “Heavy Living”.

WAYWARD SONS
Ghosts of Yet to Come
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Wayward Sons may be a brand new band, but they come loaded with experience. Besides band leader Toby Jepson’s work in the producer’s chair with the likes of Toseland, Saxon, Fastway, The Answer, and The Virginmarys, he also fronted the very popular and successful UK rock act Little Angels, as well as spending time in Scottish act Gun, among others.

After a bit of a break from the spotlight, Toby gathered up some top notch musicians and wrote the songs that would comprise “Ghosts Of Yet To Come” in a live band rehearsal setting. He knew he wanted a band that was built to play live, so it seemed logical to create the music in this manner. What you have in the debut is something that nods to the ‘70s and ‘80s great hard rock music, but at the same times is very, very much of the times. Words won’t do it justice, so best to listen for yourself and feel the infectious nature of the music overtake you.

The band will make their live debut this July and has scheduled appearances at Ramblin’ Man Fair, Steelhouse Festival, and Rock & Blues Custon Show with more touring to follow in support of “Ghosts Of Yet To Come”.

KEE OF HEARTS
Kee of Hearts
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

KEE OF HEARTS is a new band built around two true melodic rock superstars: Tommy Heart, singer of Fair Warning and Kee Marcello, former Europe guitarist. With a line-up rounded out by Ken Sandin (ex-Alien) on bass and Italian drummer Marco Di Salvia (Pino Scotto), the guys started working on the album in late 2016. With their songwriting strongly focused on melodic rock songs, the album came to completion under the direction of producer Alessandro Del Vecchio (Revolution Saints, Hardline, JORN). It covers a wide spectrum of styles with much attention given to crafting great hooks masterfully played by musicians that know how to deliver the goods!

Musically, the band operates in a territory defined by Scandinavian AOR meeting German melodic hard rock with influences from the classic U.S. AOR giants (think Giant, Journey, etc.). All in all, another unbeatable melodic rock release from Frontiers!

SWEET & LYNCH
Promised Land – RADIO SINGLE
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

SWEET & LYNCH is centered around the talents of guitarist/vocalist Michael Sweet of heavy metal stalwarts STRYPER and iconic guitarist George Lynch (LYNCH MOB, KXM, ex-DOKKEN) along with bassist James Lomenzo (ex MEGADETH, WHITE LION, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY) and drummer Brian Tichy (The Dead Daisies, ex-WHITESNAKE). “Unified” is the follow-up to their critical and fan acclaimed 2015 debut, “Only To Rise”.

The combination of Sweet’s powerful, high-octane vocals, Lynch’s immediately recognizable guitar work, and Lomenzo and Tichy’s propulsive rhythm section make for an amazing musical combination. The album gives both Sweet and Lynch the opportunity to operate outside of the boundaries of their most well known work and really stretch their wings. Pummeling, traditional heavy metal combines with hook-laden melodic rock and traditional hard rock for a recipe that will satisfy the hungriest of rock fans!

An absolute must hear for fans of all of Michael Sweet and George Lynch’s previous work and of course for those who enjoyed the band’s excellent debut album!

STEELHEART
You Got Me Twisted – RADIO SINGLE
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Steelheart is the brainchild of Miljenko Matijevic whose powerful voice and multi-octave range is the heart and soul of the band. Although they were lumped in with the glut of long-haired hard rock bands emerging in the early ‘90s, the band was always more forward thinking than their peers and the 2017 version of the band has a contemporary and edgy feel, while still retaining the patented powerful vocals of Miljenko. On Through Worlds Of Stardust, Miljenko has fused his past, present, and future together, creating an undeniable piece of hard rock music. Certainly fans of the band’s first three classic albums will be happy to hear those powerful pipes back in action, also but fans of modern hard rock acts like Halestorm, Shinedown, Alter Bridge, and other melodic minded rock heavyweights will find much here to love.
Steelheart released their self-titled debut album in 1990 and based on the buzz around the hit single “I’ll Never Let You Go” was a smashing success (for example, 33,000 albums were sold in one day in Japan) and quickly reached platinum sales. Steelheart’s sophomore album, “Tangled In Reins” was released in 1992 to critical acclaim and rave reviews, but moderate success in terms of sales in the U.S. (by early ‘90s standards) due to the well documented rise of grunge music; however, East Asia was a different story, where the band was widely embraced yet again. In the midst of promotion of the album, a serious accident happened on Halloween night in 1992, when an improperly secured lighting truss hit Matijevic on the back of the head, breaking his nose, cheekbone, jaw, and twisting his spine. Almost impossibly, Matijevic managed to walk off the stage of his own strength before being rushed to a hospital. “Steelheart” as it was known ended that night.

Four years later, Matijevic formed a new version of Steelheart with Kenny Kanowski (guitars), Vincent Mele (bass), and Alex Makarovich (drums) to record and release his third album, “Wait”. The album was very different musically from the previous two albums, but featured the song “We All Die Young” (millions of streams and counting on Spotify) which was later included as a re-recorded version in the movie “Rock Star”, which saw Matijevic providing the singing voice for Mark Wahlberg’s character. The movie soundtrack was performed by Matijevic (and Jeff Scott Soto) on vocals along with Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne’s then guitarist and frontman of Black Label Society), Jeff Pilson (Dokken, Foreigner), and Jason Bonham.

Now the band once compared to Led Zeppelin by respected metal outlet Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, is back with a sonic tour de force befitting of their stature. Don’t be foolish and dismiss this as just another “band from the ‘80s” as you will miss out on one of the most surprisingly robust and balanced hard rock albums of 2017! Highly recommended for fans of hard rock from then and NOW!

TEN
Gothica
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

This highly anticipated new TEN album promises to be one of their strongest collections of songs to date. Full of all the trademark textures and flavours we have come to expect from TEN, arguably one of the best and most consistent Melodic Hard Rock Bands in the genre.
GOTHICA is an album that renews TEN’s longstanding association with Frontiers and proudly displays all the hallmarks of classic TEN and is sure to continue to build upon the rich legacy that the Great British rockers have forged in a career spanning 22 years and counting.
GOTHICA emerges as their darkest album to date. The title being a fitting collective name for such an album. Embracing as it does, history, romance and erotic horror in equal measure. Only this time we are transported from the darker side of human nature to the nocturnal supernatural. A dramatic realm of nightmares and the forbidden.
GOTHICA is cinematic in every sense of the word. A web of musically elaborate spells, evoking embers that spark the imagination. Once again the album features the classic song writing of vocalist Gary Hughes.
Following on from their successes on the recent albums “Albion” and “Isla De Muerta”, Hughes is joined once again by Guitar players Dann Rosingana, Steve Grocott and John Halliwell. Along with Bass player Steve McKenna, Keyboard Maestro Darrel Treece-Birch and Drummer Max Yates. On this their third outing as a collective unit, the musicians in TEN have raised the bar even higher. The album is full of stunning guitar work over a rich Keyboard, Bass and Drum tapestry, with Hughes’s rich vocals once again bringing the nuances of the intricate lyrics to life.
GOTHICA was produced by Gary Hughes. It was mixed and mastered once again by Dennis Ward. TEN’s longstanding professional association with Dennis has continued since he mixed their “Stormwarning” album in January 2011.
The album features a stunning original artwork by Stan W. Decker depicting a beautiful enchantress reading incantations from a book whilst summoning shadowy characters from its pages. Stan has cleverly illustrated the piece in order to portray the characters emerging from the books pages as the actual characters from the songs on the album.

ALL 4 1
World’s Best Hope
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

ALL 4 1 is not just another project coming out of Frontiers’ President Serafino Perugino’s imaginative A&R abilities, but it is very close to the hearts of every musician involved.
Introducing nome other than the amazing Terry Brock on lead vocals (Giant, Strangeways) together with Robert Berry (Three, Alliance) on bass and vocals, Gary Pihl (Boston, Sammy Hagar, Alliance) on guitar and Matt Starr (Ace Frehley, Mr Big) on drums.
These guys gelled very well musically and they came up with a superb debut album which mixes Mr Big’s most melodic moments together with Keyboard-laden Van Halen and obvious resemblances to Strangeways and Alliance.
The double lead vocals are an amazing plus for this beautiful record, not mentioning the excellent production and unforgettable melodies. An AOR highlight of the year!

GRAHAM BONNET BAND
Live… Here Comes the Night
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Legendary rock vocalist Graham Bonnet is back with a new live album and home video captured during his acclaimed performance at Frontiers Rock Festival III in Trezzo (Milan, Italy) on April 24, 2016.
Accompanied by a stellar band featuring Beth-Ami Heavenstone on bass, South American guitar sensation Conrado Pesinato on lead guitar, and Mark Zonder (known for his work with Warlord and Fates Warning) on drums, Bonnet masterfully delivered a thrilling “Best of” set which included songs from his stints with bands such as Rainbow, MSG, Alcatrazz, Impellitteri, and of course his solo material too.
Bonnet says: “It’s been a very long time since I last released a live video, 33 years to be exact, with Alcatrazz. Myself and the band were very excited to film and record our performance at the Frontiers Rock Festival for a live album and video and are very happy with the final result!”
Bonnet has a powerful and distinctive vocal style and, indeed, a distinctive image – preferring to let the music, rather than the conventional heavy metal look, do the talking.
The Graham Bonnet Band has spent the last two years touring regularly around the world and this past winter, released his latest succesful release, “The Book.” With the band and Bonnet fine tuned from all their touring when they got to Frontiers Rock Festival, this stellar set that was capture there makes for a new live album that will blow GBB (and heavy rock fans in general) away!

RIVERDOGS
California
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

The Riverdogs ARE BACK! Original members, Rob Lamothe (vocals, guitars), Nick Brophy (bass, vocals) and Vivian Campbell (lead guitar), along with drummer Marc Danzeisen, have reunited to record their fifth album, “California.”
Mixing the soulful vocals of Lamothe with the edgy guitarwork of Campbell and solid rhythmic lines from Brophy and Danzeisen, the album marks a definitive return to the sound of their critically acclaimed 1990 self-titled debut album.
Riverdogs formed in Los Angeles at the end of the 80’s, when flashy, glitzy hard rock ruled the day, but they were determined to avoid clichés and adopted an original sounding blues rock style. Vivian Campbell of Sweet Savage, Dio, and Whitesnake fame at the time (soon to join and become a long-standing member of Def Leppard and later, founding member of Last In Line as well) was initially brought on board to produce the band’s first demo, but was so impressed with the band that he actually became a member and played on the debut album. Soon after the release, Marc Danzeisen joined Rob, Nick and Vivian to complete the line-up.
Though fans and critics gave the album a warm reception and high regard, the unfortunate and age old story of change of personnel at their record label came about and eventually led the band members to go their own ways, with Campbell settling into the Def Leppard lineup and Nick Brophy becoming a respected engineer and producer. Riverdogs released two more records in 1993, “Bone” and “Absolutely Live”, before going on an extended hiatus. They reconvened in 2003 to record new material and play a few reunion shows. Those new songs were recorded as demos, but only completed in the studio in 2011 when their last album, “World Gone Mad” was released.
Now, six years after their last studio album, Riverdogs have crafted “California”, a record that truly recreates the magical sounds of their early days and that will surely be welcomed with open arms by fans both old and new!

THE FERRYMEN
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Tracklisting: End Of The Road; Ferryman; Fool You All; Still Standing Up; Cry Wolf; One Heart; The Darkest Hour; How The Story Ends; Enter Your Dream; Eyes On The Sky; Eternal Night; Welcome To My Show.

Guitarist Magnus Karlsson (Primal Fear, Magnus Karlsson’s Free Fall) and vocalist Ronnie Romero (Lords Of Black, Rainbow) have joined forces, together with drummer Mike Terrana (Rage, Axel Rudi Pell, and more), in a brand new project dubbed The Ferrymen.
The songs were written by Karlsson in Sweden during the summer of 2016. Once Romero was sent the music via their main bands’ shared label home Frontiers, he immediately wanted to be part of the project. Terrana was the last piece of the puzzle and he recorded his drums in Italy, where he currently resides. The resulting album is a shot of adrenaline for all lovers of melodic metal! Musically, you can expect maximum melodic metal fusing the songwriting and epic structures of the great ALLEN/LANDE records (for which Magnus Karlsson was the main architect of the first three widely praised releases) with the Ronnie James Dio-esque vocal approach of Romero. (Let’s not forget that Romero was hand-picked by Deep Purple and Rainbow’s legendary guitarist Richie Blackmore to be the lead vocalist for Rainbow’s recent reunion shows, so the Dio comparison is more than accurate!)

With stunning artwork courtesy of Stan W. Decker and an outstanding mix courtesy of Simone Mularoni (of Italian prog metal masters DGM), THE FERRYMEN is an album which will take the metal world by storm in 2017!

RADIATION ROMEOS
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Radiation Romeos is a new band formed by the amazing singer Parramore McCarty, best known for being the frontman of such legendary US metal acts Warrior and famed Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens’ solo project, Atomic Playboys (in fact, the inspiration for the name Radiation Romeos came from a line in the song “Atomic Playboys”).

Musically, the band moves in a melodic hard rock direction with solid, metallic edges thanks to the production of Michael Voss (Phantom 5, Casanova, Michael Schenker), who also contributed to the songwriting. In the studio, Parramore sang all vocals with Dag Heyne handling guitars, Jogi Spittka on bass, and Gereon Homann laying down the drum work with gusto!

Parramore McCarty’s career in music started when Robbin Crosby of Ratt gave him his start singing in cover bands. His first major label album was “Fighting For the Earth” on Virgin Records in 1985 for the legendary heavy metal band Warrior. Steve Stevens’ Atomic Playboys followed in 1989 on Warner Bros. Records. Then hereturned to Warrior and also started gigging in the LA area with Metal Freqs and Monster Traxx.

Radiation Romeos will take no prisoners with their exciting mixture of muscular hard rock anthems and killer melodic songs!

PRIMAL FEAR
Angels of Mercy
– Live in Germany
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

2016 was a very busy year for German metal masters PRIMAL FEAR. Following the release of their latest killer album, “Rulebreaker” in January, the band embarked on a world tour which shattered all the previously held records for shows played in one year by the band.

“We started in Europe with 11 countries and recorded the concert in Stuttgart for the album and video, which is Primal Fear’s first Blu-Ray release. We continued in the USA and Canada, Japan and for the first time, Australia. Then we played some wonderful festivals in the summer, continued touring in 10 countries in South and Latin America and ended the year with more shows in Europe. It was a fantastic experience for the band and we want to thank every single fan who joined us on this great journey!” says bassist and co-founding member Mat Sinner.

Vocalist and co-founding member Ralf Scheepers adds: “With a handy cam in my suitcase, I have recorded on multiple occasions many behind the scenes shots and funny, candid moments. We recorded an entire show right at the beginning of this fantastic world tour and it gives you an insight to the Primal Fear live experience on stage. You will find a lot of bonus material such as video clips and different additional surprises, so we can easily say that we are very proud to deliver this package to you…please enjoy and do us a favor: CRANK IT UP!”

The last tour unleashed the best Primal Fear performances since the band formed in 1998 – a constant great mix between power, ambition and enthusiasm plus of course great the talent of great players! There is undoubtedly magnificent performances on this release, with great sound and video quality. This live album offers a barrage metal anthems in their full glory that will please any headbanger!

If you are a metal fan you, then you must see this in all it’s power and glory!

Passing Stages
: Live in Milan and Atlanta
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

“The Passage” (released last August 26th, 2016) was DGM’s eighth studio-album and marked the culmination of almost 20 years of hard work that started back in 1997 and pushed the band into the elite of international Progressive Metal.

During the years DGM managed to tour around the world, taking part in some of the biggest Metal festivals in USA and Japan, and supporting Symphony X on their European tour as well as sharing the stage with Pagan’s Mind.

With a strong line-up made up of producer/guitarist Simone Mularoni, singer Marco Basile, bass-player Andrea Arcangeli, drummer Fabio Costantino and keyboards-player Emanuele Casali, DGM can now show their awesome musicianship and class to the international audience with the release of this truly beautiful Live CD/DVD!

CD1 shows the entire performance that DGM held in front of the Frontiers Metal Festival, in Trezzo Sull’Adda (Milano) on October 30th, 2016 and has a set-list centered around the songs included on the latest album “The Passage.”

CD2 instead pictures the band in action at the ProgPower Festival in Atlanta, GA on September 11th, 2014 and sees the band perform in front of the US audience a varied setlist portaying the “Frame” and “Momentum” albums with more emphasis.

This is an unmissable opportunity to witness the superb qualities of the italian quintet in the live environment and also opens the door to the more new fans to their excellent and older repertoire.

SECRET SPHERE
The Nature of Time
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

“The Nature Of Time” is Secret Sphere’s ninth studio album and celebrates 20 years of hard work that started back in 1997 with the release of their widely praised debut album, “Mistress Of The Shadowlight”. Since then, the band has evolved and developed their unique sound that has become a trademark and they have been one of an elite group of bands putting the Italian metal scene on the global map! The addition of extraordinary singer Michele Luppi (also currently serving as keyboardist and background vocalist for the legendary hard rock act, Whitesnake) in 2012 brought the band to the next level, which was evidenced by his first release with the band, “Portrait Of A Dying Heart”, receiving wide fan and critical acclaim and landing on many metal journalists best releases of 2012 lists.

The new album, “The Nature Of Time” proves to be the ultimate showcase of the band’s skill in composing highly orchestrated songs and introducing their foray into a new age of heavy rock and metal music. High class songs with amazing choruses, big vocals, majestic orchestral arrangements, and amazing, mind-blowing, guitar heroics are the order of the day. “The Nature Of Time” explores the “back to life” concept, an inward looking search of the self that can positively impact everyone’s everyday life.

“The long writing process of this album has been a constant “re-living” of memories and feelings, that started with only instrumental pieces that were put together only in order to vent my then current state of mind: a way to express emotions purely, without any kind of “holding back,” so to speak. I then talked to Michele and we decided these were the perfect basis for a new Secret Sphere record,” states guitarist Aldo Lonobile.

“What can I say about this album? We spent a few months writing songs in a way that opened the doors to our new age of heavy rock…definitely a new beginning for each member of the band, a new approach that got inspired by the concept of the album itself. It’s not easy to open and talk about love and kindness. We chose the most direct way, no masks, only passion, energy and light guided each note leaving any kind of fear behind. Eventually, with time, we became US, not individuals…THIS IS US. Some of these songs earned a very special place in my heart,” concludes singer Michele Luppi.

JORN
Life on Death Road
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Easily one of the greatest rock singers of the 21st century, Norway’s very own giant Viking warrior Jorn Lande’s vocals are resoundingly strong once again on his ninth original studio album, “Life on Death Road”! This absolutely brilliant new album sees Lande attacking the microphone with rejuvenated vigor, accompanied by a new band and a bigger and stronger sound.

“Life On Death Road” was not an easy album to make as it took several months of hard work for the songwriting vision to come together. Jorn needed to take the music to a new level to push the concept of the band further than it has ever gone before. The result is a record that is deep, strong, full of groove and powerful with anthemic songs aplenty! Songs like “Man Of The 80’s”, “Love Is The Remedy”, “Life On Death Road”, and “Hangman’s Robe” capture the essence of Jorn as a singer, songwriter and lyricist.

The album also marks the debut of a new lineup of very experienced and gifted musicians around the Norwegian singer. On bass is Mat Sinner (Primal Fear, Sinner, Kiske/Somerville) who needs virtually no introduction to European heavy metal fanatics. On keyboards and production is Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Revolution Saints), who already joined JORN for the recording of his last covers album, “Heavy Rock Radio” and was the glue that helped Jorn to create the feel and the direction for the new album. Francesco Iovino (Primal Fear) is on drums and Alex Beyrodt (Primal Fear, Voodoo Circle) handles guitar. Truly a recipe for a roaring success!

Jorn had no desire to do “just another” JORN record. The aim was to do the best record possible and it took almost two years of writing, arranging, and producing before wrapping this all up. The performances are thunderous across the board and you can hear the urgency of these songs in Jorn’s singing!

Jorn’s catalogue is getting too long to include in brief overviews and his innovative and creative skills as a vocalist and music visionary have led to him selling millions of albums worldwide while being a frequent entrant on sales charts around the world including Billboard. Worth a mention here though are his years fronting German based Masterplan, whom he recorded three albums with. Claimed to be the biggest selling Norwegian musical export since the pop band A-Ha, Jorn continues his rock crusade and there are no signs of him slowing down and “Life on Death Road” is a magnificent testament to his abilities!

SNAKECHARMER
That Kind of Love – RADIO SINGLE
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

The super group Snakecharmer was originally founded in 2011 by former Whitesnake members Micky Moody and Neil Murray along with the perfect mix of high calibre musicians including Laurie Wisefield (Wishbone Ash), Harry James (Thunder, Magnum), Adam Wakeman (Ozzy Osbourne), and Chris Ousey (Heartland). The band’s debut self-titled album was released in 2013 and musically the record showed a finely crafted hard rock style mixed with blues and melodic overtones, akin to Whitesnake (1979-81 era) and Bad Company with hints of early Foreigner as well.

Snakecharmer played live shows regularly in support of the album’s release and built a very solid fanbase all over the UK and Europe. In 2016, Moody left the band and was replaced by the Irish born Simon McBride on lead guitar. Simon was hailed “among the best blues-rock players anywhere in the world” by Guitarist Magazine and has built up an impressive resume playing with outstanding rock, soul, and blues artists.

“Second Skin” is the hotly anticipated second effort from Snakecharmer and brings the listener straight back to the good old days of real rock n’ roll played with heart and soul. Slightly harder edged compared to the debut, but with roots still firmly planted in the Bad Company, early Whitesnake with a hint of late 70s AOR, this new record sounds fresh and crisp. Strong, passionate, rocking, and blues-laden, “Second Skin” is quality British hard rock at its very best!

LABŸRINTH
A New Dream – SINGLE
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

For those who listen to heavy metal and love one of the most successful sub-genres of this music known as power metal, Labÿrinth is surely a band who needs no introduction. Founded in 1991 in Massa (Tuscany), this Italian band became one of the prime-movers of a genre which in the late 90’s – early 2000’s became hugely popular amongst the heavy metal faithful, especially in Europe.

After the success of their first demo, first EP, and debut album, in 1998 the band released their signature album, “Return to Heaven Denied”. With singer Rob Tyrant (Roberto Tiranti) taking the place of Joe Terry (Fabio Lione, who would then move on to join Rhapsody), “Return To Heaven Denied” was embraced by fans and metal scribes alike and gave a strong push not only to the band’s career, but also to the Italian metal scene as a whole. It is still regarded as a classic piece of work in the genre to this day. The follow up album, “Sons of Thunder” was released in August 2000, breaking onto the official album charts in Japan and Italy.

More albums followed, but several lineup changes (with singer Tiranti and guitarist/composer Olaf Thorsen going in and out of the band) brought the band – after the release of “Return to Heaven Denied, Pt. 2 – A Midnight Autumn Dream” in 2010 – to an indefinite hiatus.

In the spring of 2016, the band members received a call from Frontiers, asking the founding members Cantarelli and Thorsen to discuss with Roberto Tiranti the real possibilities of a return to form comeback from the band. After much tribulation, the guys agreed to make an album and also make a special appearance at the the first annual Frontiers Metal Festival, where they performed the album “Return to Heaven Denied” in it’s entirety for a future home video release.

With a new line-up rounded up by drummer extraordinaire John Macaluso (TNT, Riot, Ark etc.), Oleg Smirnoff (Vision Divine, Edritch) on keyboards, and Nik Mazzucconi on bass, Labÿrinth are truly stronger than ever and are back with a superb self-produced album, “Architecture of a God” (mixed by  DGM’s Simone Mularoni) which encompasses all the elements the band is known for. Fast power metal songs with unforgettable hooks, epic prog infused metal songs, and some great melodic numbers that compose a record which is easily going to be another milestone for the Italian Metal Masters!

INGLORIOUS
I Don’t Need Your Loving – RADIO SINGLE
Frontiers Music s.r.l.

Inglorious are five young men with a mutual love and respect of the classics of Hard Rock music, big guitar riffs, and soulful vocals.  Their influences stem from iconic rock and roll shrine of Rock albums from the 1970s – many years before the band members were born.

The same albums that have inspired generations of musicians and performers are noticeably evident when you listen to the Inglorious debut album.  This is the music they were born to play together – inspired by bands in the classic rock genre as diverse as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Whitesnake, Bad Company, Aerosmith, the Rolling Stones, to name a few.

Formed in February 2014, the band is fronted by Nathan James, who made a name for himself having sung for the multi-platinum selling Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Scorpions guitar legend Uli Jon Roth.  Nathan was looking for like-minded musicians that desired to make incredible rock music in a very honest fashion.

Nathan thought to himself, “Why are those classic albums so awesome?” He realised it was because “the musicians were recording in an organic way; they could track it live and capture amazing energy.”

“Not only in rock but in Motown and even classical music they tracked everyone in the room at the same time,” adds Nathan.  “The air movement from a bass drum, that same excitement you get when you perform, and that’s exactly how I wanted the album to feel.”

Nathan wanted all his fellow musicians in the room at the same time, no click tracks, no auto tune and no overdubs. He wasn’t willing to compromise.  Says Nathan – “For so long people have been hiding mistakes, singers using auto tune to make them sound perfect, double tracking to make it sound bigger and using click to play in time. There is none of that on this album.

This record is about vibe, feeling, excitement, energy and performance of songs we all wrote together. That’s how it came out that day and it will never be exactly the same again. We captured a series of moments that make up our debut album.”

Inglorious is composed of lead guitarist Andreas Eriksson, bassist Colin Parkinson, rhythm guitarist Wil Taylor, and drummer Phil Beaver. Colin and Phil both hail from Somerset, and have played together in bands for 17 years (at one point, both were signed to Mick Fleetwood’s label while Phil was still at school). Phil’s Bonham-like groove, great snare work and exciting fills, combined with Wil’s solid bluesy rhythm playing and Colin’s fat, gritty bass sound, make for a formidable rhythm section.

Andreas was the final piece of the puzzle – a lead guitar player that shared all the same influences, could command a stage and was able to track the whole album the way Nathan wanted. Guitarist Andreas Eriksson played in bands from his home country of Sweden for many years, and has taken influences from all the greats, making him one of the most musically well rounded guitar players in the contemporary rock scene. His bluesy, melodic, soulful playing compliments Nathan’s soaring vocals.

The musicians bonded during the recording of their first Album, self titled Inglorious, which took the world by storm, earning its self comments from the likes of Brian May who described this young band as “a potent young Deep Purple”. And Kevin Shirley  who mixed the second album said “The best British band I’ve seen since… I could say the Darkness, but I really mean Led Zeppelin.”

The second album titled Inglorious II was recorded in one go at Parr Street Studios Liverpool, a more comfortable setting this time as accomodation was provided, no more sleeping on the studio floors, things are looking up in the world. And as mentioned, mixed by Kevin Shirley at his Caveman Studios.

The band wrote the whole album with no guest writers this time, they said “It came together very organically after spending time touring together and felt great. We knew we were making an album this time too! We focused on getting our sounds just right so we could get into the studio and out in the least time poss.

Between Adde’s flat in Malmö, Sweden and Colin’s family home in Somerset, England, this album came together quickly. We spent three weekends in Somerset, writing in a kind of 9-5 fashion, whereby we knew we were at work. Then after a lovely home cooked dinner we would relax, have a few beers and balance out our hard work, the environment is so important to be creative and we had it good!
The first album was produced well by the band, that they decided to produce this one themselves too. These boys are becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Produced by Inglorious
Mixed by Kevin Shirley
Mastered by Tony Draper

Inglorious II features
Nathan James – vocals
Andreas Eriksson – lead guitars
Wil Taylor – guitars
Colin Parkinson – bass guitar
